Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

BumperOnly will happily refund or exchange any new and unused stock bumpers and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Custom Orders and backorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once 30 days have passed since your item has been delivered, we no longer can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same conditions as you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Return items within 30 days:

Please e-mail support@bumperonly.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping address before the 30 days window for returns expires. Returns must be delivered to the return address within 30 days of placing your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee. Once a RA# and shipping address have been obtained, please make sure that the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attn line of the shipping label. Be sure to have your items shipped by insured, traceable methods offered by freight shipping companies. Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is received by the returns department for your refund to be processed. There is an automatic 3% processing fee that will get charged when you cancel your order. Some valid reasons for cancellation are: customer request; not in stock and extensive lead time; wrong bumper ordered; and shipping surcharge. This fee is non-refundable.

Our delivery partners cannot accommodate the collection of a return item from a location that is different from the original shipping address. For returns and replacements that will be picked up by our delivery partners, the item’s pick-up address must be exactly the same as its original shipping address.

Once your replacement request has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for us to arrange the logistics to process your return due to the nature of the product.

 

Return items damaged in transit:

If your purchase gets damaged in transit please contact us immediately! It’s very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the delivery receipt, take pictures of the damage, and refuse delivery. Your note should say “refused due to damage”. You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there is no visible damage before opening the box, you must note “subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage”. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. Once we receive all information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we can immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we can ship all replacements at absolutely no extra cost to you.

 

Powder Coating Disclaimer:

Due to the nature of the product being large and heavy, the bumper you receive may get minor powder coating scratches during transit. Please inspect your shipment for any powder coating damage issues prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. Bumperonly.com currently doesn't offer free exchanges and returns for any powder coating damage that happened during transit once you accept the delivery. You do have the right to refuse delivery of powder coating damaged items.

 

Fitment Guarantee:

BumperOnly can only provide a fitment guarantee for orders placed via our sales representatives. The cost for returns and replacements due to incorrect selection of items when completing online orders will not be covered by BumperOnly. To avoid any inconvenience, please double-check the fitment specifications of your selected items before confirming your order or contact our friendly customer representatives to receive any help with completing your purchase.

If you encounter any fitment issues due to a manufacturing defect, please provide pictures of the problem. These are required for us to be able to send a replacement. Make sure to send all emails about fitment or other issues to support@bumperonly.com.
