Body Armor 4x4 products are built and sold for off-road use, and as such, users of said products assume all liability in the application and use of said products. This warranty is non-transferable. Body Armor 4x4's limit of liability under this warranty is to repair/replace a given product at Body Armor 4x4's option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to, labor fees, loss of use, loss of time, and/or freight charges are not covered. Product(s) that have been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition are void of said warranty. The finish is warranted from manufacturer defect for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. Surface rust can occur and is not considered a manufacturer defect. Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the user and will preserve the finish of our bumpers.
