When I initially ordered the bumper for our Expedition, I was emailed shortly after stating that the bumper I ordered was on back order. I was given the option to wait for the bumper or to choose a different one. The wait time was going to be something pretty long(months). We chose to wait. A few weeks later, I received an email stating it was shipped! Pleasantly surprised! The bumper shipped promptly and safely. It was overall a very pleasant experience. I just purchased my second bumper and it arrived quickly as well!
The grille guard is a great product and the sales and service through Bumpers Only was very pleasant. Will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
Had issues with shipping at first but as soon as I got ahold of them about it the issues was resolved right away. Amazing quality bumper 10/10 would recommend. Just have to get a license plate bracket I wasn’t aware of but no problem
They welded the light tabs onto the front of the bars when I specifically asked them to weld them onto the rear of the bar to protect the lights and to hide the bolt behind the bar...now I have to take it to a machine shop to have then removed and welded onto the rear...but it's still never going to look right due to the welds...
